Access and publication

CienSa journal is an open access journal: https://ciensa.fcmunca.edu.py which implies that it does not charge users and/or institutions for reading or downloading its articles in digital format. The journal adheres to the Creative Commons license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ . Therefore, all users of the journal are free to share, copy and redistribute the material in any format under the following conditions:

- Attribution: “You must give appropriate credit to the author(s) and provide a link to the license.”

- Non-Commercial: “You may not use the material for commercial purposes.”

- No Derivative Works: “If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.”

CienSa Journal also does not charge fees for manuscript evaluation or digital publication. However, the Editorial Committee reserves the right to charge fees for printed volumes of the journal that exceed 20 units per quarter.
