Editorial Policy

Submission of the manuscript

The submission process is carried out through the OJS platform that is available on the journal's website https://ciensa.fcmunca.edu.py. The corresponding author must fill out all the data requested by the platform and must attach the manuscript document of the research work and the author's letter. The manuscript must be in Word format and the letter in PDF format. The corresponding author must also verify the platform's Checklist with the requirements before finalizing the submission.

Refereeing

Manuscripts are subject to peer review (selected according to the discipline of the submitted manuscript) and are evaluated by the Editorial Committee taking into account the reviews of the disciplinary peer evaluators and the methodological criteria of the members of the Editorial Committee.

The reviews are carried out with double blindness, so that the reviewers do not know who the authors are and the authors do not know who their reviewers are.

Processing of the manuscript

The time between receipt and communication of the final decision will be a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months

Publication format

The journal publishes in hybrid format, that is, in digital and printed format, the languages ​​of the publication are Spanish and English. CienSa journal publications adhere to the PubMed Central (PMC) language guidelines.
